Our mission is to be a model of sustainable land stewardship and agriculture practices

20 year ago we started growing our own vegetables, and soon received requests from well known chefs to supply their restaurants with fresh, locally grown organic produce. We specialized in baby vegetables and baby greens, and our baby arugula became well known for its unique flavor and spiciness. Today, we are cultivating about 25 acres of our farm for organic vegetables, fruit and flowers which we sell at farmers markets, restaurants and farm to table distributors in the Houston and Austin area.
